WARRANTY

Arahan Photo ( El` Dorado Digital Mart P/L) provides a Product Warranty identical to the provisions and limitations of the manufacturer's warranty for all items sold here, with the exception of the time period, which is equal to one (1) year from the date of purchase.* Your dated Arahan Photo ( El` Dorado Digital Mart P/L) Tax Invoice is all you need to obtain warranty coverage from Arahan Photo ( El` Dorado Digital Mart P/L) for a product purchased from us.
* Arahan Photo ( El` Dorado Digital Mart P/L) will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us.
* Arahan Photo ( El` Dorado Digital Mart P/L) liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.
* Customer is responsible to pay for the shipping fee and other cost related to repair, exchange and return item.
The warranty does not apply to any of the following:
- Defects or malfunctions caused by improper care, misuse or abuse of the product,
or operation of the product contrary to the instructions contained in the owner’s manual.
- Damage or defect caused by accident, leakage of batteries, sand, solid, liquid and the like.
- Damage caused by any modification or servicing performed by person(s).
- Accessories, including bulb, batteries, cover, caps and AC adaptor, and other consumables.
- Any electronic data loss due to malfunctioning or repair of the product.
- Any consequential or incidental damages resulting from any breach of warranty, express or implied, applicable to the product.
- The serial number on the product has been altered, or removed.

Faulty, Damage or Defective item due to shipping may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
EXCHANGES
If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 working days for the replacement to be processed.
REFUNDS and CREDITS
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.
Once we receive and after the inspection, we will credit your account.
Please allow 3-5 working days for this process.
RESTOCKING FEE
To request a refund for any reason it must be declared to us within 3 days of delivery, this will be reviewed and if approved a restocking fee will apply.
Restocking Fee: 5% of the return item value.
Customer will have to pay any freight and insurance costs for returned item.

- All exchanged or refunded items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
