- This Umbrella Softbox provides soft and even lighting. The light first bounces off the silver reflective surface and is then further diffused by the translucent front panel. This provides similar lighting to the expensive octagonal softboxes at a fraction of the cost.

Faulty, Damage or Defective item due to shipping may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
EXCHANGES
If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 working days for the replacement to be processed.
REFUNDS and CREDITS
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.
Once we receive and after the inspection, we will credit your account.

RESTOCKING FEE
To request a refund for any reason it must be declared to us within 3 days of delivery, this will be reviewed and if approved a restocking fee will apply.
Restocking Fee: 5% of the return item value.
